Service Description
Total Price: $49/hour [Monday through Thursday] or $75/hour [Friday through Sunday]. When you're ready to book your party, pay the booking/security deposit to secure your date. We will bill you for the remaining balance within 15 days of your party. When you book your event, you will receive an email from us. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as your email provider may have filtered the message there instead of your inbox.
Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply: • There is a maximum occupancy of 35 people • The Renter is responsible to coordinate and pay for any services they provide during their event/workshop/meeting. • Upon your request for a booking with The She Shed there is a $49 non-refundable security deposit for events & a contract is due within 48 hours to secure the date and time of your request. • The rental rate is $49 per hour. This fee is charged for setup, event/workshop/meeting time, and clean up. • An event/workshop/meeting under two hours can do BYOB. An event/workshop/meeting longer than two hours you will need a One Day Liquor License, which is $150. We will obtain the license on your behalf. NO ALCOHOL should be served on the premises if your event/meeting/workshop is longer that two hours unless you have obtained a one day Liquor liability license. • Please NOTE that once a liquor license is obtained there is no refund for the cost of the liquor license even if your event is cancelled. • All event/workshop/meeting using Party Planners must have their decorations removed within 30 minutes of the end of the event. • The full payment will be due within 15 days from the event/workshop/meeting date. If this payment is not made, your event in in jeopardy of being cancelled. • If you book an event less than 15 days before an event/workshop/meeting the deposit, full payment, and contract are due within 48 hours. • Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel an event, please contact a member of The She Shed Team immediately. If you do cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied to a future date of your choosing. The new date MUST be booked within six (6) months. • Assumption of Risk: The She Shed is equipped with surveillance cameras and by signing this contract, you are giving consent to being recorded on video and audio while using the space for security and safety purposes.
