Service Description
Total Price: $299/2 hours When you're ready to book your party, pay the booking/security deposit to secure your date. We will bill you for the party and you will receive the deposit back after we complete the incidentals checklist.
Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply: • There is a maximum occupancy of 40 people • The Renter is responsible to coordinate and pay for any services they provide during their party. • Upon your request for a booking with The She Shed there is a $100 refundable security deposit for parties & the contract due within 48 hours to secure the date and time of your request. • The rental rate is $299 for 2-hour Basic Party. Each additional hour is $95 per hour. • A party under two hours can do BYOB. A party longer than two hours you will need a One Day Liquor License, which is $150. We will obtain the license on your behalf. NO ALCOHOL should be served on the premises if your party is longer that two hours unless you have obtained a one day Liquor liability license. • Please NOTE that once a liquor license is obtained there is no refund for the cost of the liquor license even if your event is cancelled. • All Parties are allowed one hour of setup time and 45 minutes for clean up. Any additional time needed is charged at a rate of $25/hour. • All parties using Party Planners must have their decorations removed by the end of the event or the deposit of $100 will be kept. • The full payment will be due within 15 days from the party date. If this payment is not made then the security deposit will be kept, and your event will be cancelled. • If you book an event less than 15 days before a Party the deposit, full payment and contract are due within 48 hours. • Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel an event, cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your event after the 14-day window you will not receive a refund of the amount paid. You will receive you security deposit back. • Assumption of Risk: The She Shed is equipped with surveillance cameras and by signing this contract, you are giving consent to being recorded on video and audio while using the space for security and safety purposes.
